I mean it depends on the weight I guess and if you choose to ignore thr extremely likelihood of his PED use.

He lost to JMM 3/4 times but was given several gifts (especially 3rd fight). He lost to Morales, Floyd, and a plumber from Australia and he does nothing to except offer excuses for those losses.

He was never on prime RJJ, Floyd, or whoever you want's level. Good fighter who exceptional match making and first ballot HOFer. He is not a top 50 ATG. Not even close.
