    Confirmed: Malignaggi sparring McGregor

Paulie flies to Las Vegas this Wednesday. Paulie says he's confident in what he can do in there.

Can a semi-out of shape retired Paulie really school McGregor or will the stronger, heavier handed McGregor rough him up?

Hopefully we get some video of the session

Starts at 11:20, but the whole interview is good

Interesting situation. Has a guy calling a fight ever been a sparring partner for a guy fighting? Paulie should have some really good takes on this fight on fight night with this intimate info.

Heard that Adolpho(?) 6-0 kid, who seems like the most promising guy in the training camp, talking about sparring Conor & he was saying that they got some sorta unorthodox type of style that he was surprised by. Couldn't talk much beyond that & said he had to sign a NDA so could all be bs too who knows, but just seeing wtf Conor comes out with at round 1 is going to be must watch TV for me. I suspect that sh^t'll be gif'd up by 7 minutes after the first bell rings.

Malignaggi has to go now. McGregor basically said he wanted to bring Paulie in for talking **** about him.

If Paulie doesn't go now he's been asked, he will look like a pus5y

Going to be a very different look for Floyd, things he hasn't seen before, Floyd always said his toughest fight was Emanuel Augustus, because he was weird awkward, Connors going to be weird.

But one thing remains the same, Connors body will be were all bodys are during a fight, I think Floyd will take him apart with body shots.

Paulie will tell all to Floyd...hes been Paulies hero for years. A guy can be awkward, but Floyd still figures them out. Maidana is awkward too...floyd figured him out.

And, I read already about some kid (yes, 20 years old) talking about McGregor being awkward and lifting him off the canvas with an uppercut...thats a 20 year old lol

Good point on the Augustus fight. I recall that being his toughest fight at that point of his career and probably still among his top 4 or 5 toughest fights in his career.

And yeah for sure with the body attack. That's why I really can't see this fight going the distance even with a safety first Floyd. I think Conor will be overly aggressive either punching first or attempting to counter Floyd and forcing Floyd's hands in coming back stronger then he might otherwise do and with Floyd hitting the body Conor's gas tank will get to E sooner or later.

I bet there will be an extra 10K in cash for Pauli if he only says great things about Conor after they spar together. Or they will pay him not to say a word about the sparring.
