Pac wouldn't fight Crawford so you strip him of the belt and give it to Horn. Pac earned the right to fight who he wants at this age and has made Arum unseemly amounts of money taking the biggest fights. Pac deserved better. I guess it's on to the next. So now Crawford can beat the man who beat the man so to speak and fight in Australia giving his new and current star Crawford the payday he deserves just not at Pac's expense.
