He only had a week to decide or else it went to purse bid, while the All-Star case hearing was in session, and for 8.5 million which a year later he lost. 8.5 million is not a walk in the park to shrug off.

This is like an employer giving you the day off to a funeral but says can you right back from funeral instead..
