A Level \ B Lever Fighter

I'd rather not bother with the +/-, tbh:We say he is a B fighter or this guy is an A level fighter.
But how is that defined. Just wondered what others on here thought.
My definition would go as follows with same examples.
A+ Elite and unbeatable. Have to be undefeated fighting elite level fighters. EX: Mayweather Marciano
A Elite fighter. Can be beat Once. Would only lose to this level fighter or an A+. Example: Canelo RJJ ( Stopping at Tarver 1)
A - Level fighter. Can win a big fight and beat most beltholders. Will be a top guy in a loaded division but not the guy. Example: Thurman
B+ This is a top 10 guy that has thr ability to beat someone in top 5 but hardly ever does. Ex: Broner Porter
B Level fighter Can be a belt holder but always loses to better competition. Ex: Judah Berto Guerrero
B- This guy cant seen to win a title but is a name opponent for a runger fighter on his way up Ex: Soto Karass Juarez
So what level would u put these fighters in:
Spence
Wilder
Crawford
Danny Garcia
Mikey Garcia
Easter
Loma
Spence, Mikey, Crawford all seem to have the makings of being A-level (complete fighters, with the ability to take on all aspects of the sport and still perform in their styles). Loma complicates things, largely due to his performance against Salido and not having that marquee fight since.
Danny Garcia is a high B/almost A-level fighter (complete fighter, can perform in all aspects of the game, but whose skills leave margin).
Wilder is a B-level fighter (knows his style, but isn't a complete fighter, can comfortably execute his skills in most phases, etc).
Robert Easter Jr is still incomplete; he was looking like he could be in that A-level, but the Shafikov fight showed enough holes to move him into that high B-level, until he can face someone else to show otherwise.
A-level fighters are the special fighters (Floyd, Roy, Sugar Ray Robinson/Leonard, Joe Louis, Ali, Monzon, Duran, Salvador Sanchez, I'd argue Chavez Sr/Azumah Nelson, Vitali Klitschko, etc).
B-level fighters are the really good fighters (Hopkins, Oscar, Holyfield, Bowe, Lennox, Wladimir, etc); really good fighters, who's work should earn them a look at the HOF.
Below that, you're talking about good fighters who won't be remembered much after they're done fighting; Antonio Tarver, Adrien Broner, Fernando Vargas, Ray Mancini (being a TV draw has kept "Boom Boom" relevant for longer than his ability in the ring did), etc.Comment

Hmm everyone has a different definition. If you want to compare fighters resume with past fighters, you can't give everyone an a level rating.
A level for me is only for guys who are really on top of the division, who have beaten a level fighter or have beaten b level fighter in impressive fashion.Comment

Spence - Need to see more
Wilder - Need to see more
Crawford - A
Danny Garcia - B+
Mikey Garcia - A
Easter - Need to see more
Loma - A
Tbf I need to see more of Crawford, Mikey and Loma but I suspect they're all A+, I just need actual evidence of this by them beating another elite fighter.
Loma's best win is TBD killer Russell Jr. Mikey's best win is strangely giving up against Salido in a technical decision. Crawford's best win is Postol who he himself only beat Matthysse.Comment
