That would be a very good fight. I was at the fight where Hurd won the belt and while he looked good, I don't think he is levels above the other top contenders. Trout is still a very solid boxer. I think I would lean towards Trout by close decision in this matchup

I think thats a interesting & likely competitive fight. Like Hurd better & Trout hasn't notched a meaningful win since Cotto 4 or 5 years ago, but I think taking Trout too lightly or not being tip top for this one would be a horrible mistake for Hurd here.

He should retire if he loses this fight.
End of the road for him.
Go for Williams if he wins.
