I give Ward credit for even taking the rematch. Kov won the first one for me even tho it was close. Ward impressed me the second fight and dominated. Kov conplained about low blows on every shot that was on the beltline. No Wonder the ref missed a couple of clear ones. Ward gets credit from me! And i rooted for Kovalev both fights!
There was a rematch clause in the contract from the first fight.
If Ward is so great than why does every significant fighter he fought complained of him fouling and being protected?
Kessler, Froch, Barrera and Kovalev all complained of Ward fouling and the officials doing **** all about it...
Well then, I guess Golota won. And so did Mike Tyson when he bit of the ear. They did what it takes to win, right? They got in there and they got dirty!

He's a great fighter, one of the very best in the world and doesn't avoid a challenge.
It still doesn't change the fact he got a gift in the 1st fight with Kovalev though, regardless of what happened in the second fight. No shame in losing to Kovalev and then beating him in a rematch though.
Ward clearly won the fight the 1st time. It was Jim & harold that got you fooled by listening to them 2 fools.
