one punch, its probably rocky's left hook, but pac has the speed and the variety of different deadly punches he can throw.

I think Rocky's power comes from brute strength while Pacquiao's power comes from his strength but mainly his speed.

i think juarez as the more powerful punch, but Pacman throws his power shots quicker and with more at a time.

Damn, I could sworn this is the 100th time this question has been asked. Yet I love to answer it!

Well I believe Rocky hit's harder overall and has that 1 punch knockout power with the left hook. Manny can easily put you on your ass though most likely you'll get back up. It's more the blinding speed that generates the knockdown than pure power. He also beats his opponents down over many hard fought rounds to stop them. Rocky can easily put you lights out with that left hook in close quarters and that is why I'm picking Rocky. Accumulation of hard punches I'd go with Manny, though Rocky is I guess what they say, RAW power.

it shouldnt even be asked. both pacman and juarez faced barrera and velasquez. Pac demolished both of those fighter with one punch. rocky however couldnt do that. its a disrespect to mention rocky in the same sentence as pacquiao

huh? They are both great fighters, and they can be compared and contrasted easily

That's what I was thinking. Rocky has a better pop with that left of his but pac doesn't stop throwing punches. Both guys have tremendous power.
