            Guess that 17 months layoff really helped his hands he was punching tonight like his hands were loaded never saw the ghost manhandled like it was tonight... if Omar fights at 140 he's going to be awesome...

                I hope he does go back down to 140. He has issues with his hands from time to time. And those guys are actually much bigger and can EASILY make 154 with a few able to make 160.

                                ... he was champion at 135... he can go down at 140 right now, because he doesn't have to give up muscle mass... I think one commentator said that Omar had his hands broken over 30 times... !!!
