i'd say winky, taylor is afraid to throw it in range against a formidable opponent. he was like 3-4 feet away when he threw it against hopkins, in both fights.
winky makes it all happen with his.

Taylor has the best jab in the history of the middleweight division, but he was nervous against Hopkins. I don't think he'll be so nervous for Winky, and I think he shuts Winky out! He suprises a lot of people, Taylor, in his next fight.

This guy Taylor, he didn't lose a round in his whole career until the Hopkins fights.

Jermain Taylor's jab is like one of those range finder jabs, he is tall and has a powerful left jab which is quick, no doubt the jab is his best weapon.

he makes it work against lesser opponents, but is afraid to be countered against quality opponents, so he throws it with caution when against top tier opposition. although his top tier has been only hopkins, everyone else was a given that he'd win.

i've seen enough of taylor to come to that conclusion. before hopkins it was one of the best, during and after/both fights with hopkins, he was timid in throwing it.

i give taylor mad credit for fighting hopkins twice and now taking on wright. the boy has got moxy.
