    Unbeaten middleweight Meiirim Nursultanov (3-0, with 2 KOs) destroyed veteran Lanny Dardar in the opening round. A right-left combination staggered Dardar about midway through the round. Nursultanov followed up with a left hook to the body, dropping Dardar (5-8-2, with 3 KOs) to the canvas. Referee Rudy Barragan waved the fight over at 1:47.

        Perfect example of records being deceiving. Gutierrez got absolutely schooled by Alvarado. The Kid had no idea what he was in for. The fight was a complete mismatch.

        Valerio has good talent but he needs a real trainer to help guide him and advance his skills.

        Franco needs a break. He looked tired throughout the fight. Fighting 4 times in 6 months is enough. Come back in 2 to 3 months fresh. But still Robert Garcia has Franco trending upwards.
