He was referring to a scene in Rocky II and described the scene as "the one with the dancing monkeys". This was taken out of context because McGregor said Rocky III, the scene with the dancing monkeys. People said he's referring to the part in Apollo Creed's gym full of black fighters, but other people said he got his Rocky's crossed up and was actually trying to talk about Rocky II where there's actual dancing monkeys.
