Would you agree MMA is a hell of a lot closer to no rules fighting than queensbury boxing rules? This **** shouldn't be up for debate in 2017. 2007 yeah I could see some dummies still not getting it.
I think my analogy is dead on. I have seen a lot of bar fights. I have seen so called wrestling champs and boxers get beat up because they were caught off guard. A real fight is another level over combat sports, it is a lot more spontaneous.

Yeah MMA is closer to a street fight in that there are less rules. But in my view the element of surprise is the essence of a street fight, it's about taking the initiative while the other isn't ready. And in that regard a wicked 1-2 is as deadly as anything in MMA.

And I kinda think Conor gots to "win" this London presser so we end all this with Conor looking good & having people thinking that he's gonna win. Its better for the fight if Conor wins this last presser basically. So Floyd can't go super hard on this one & fly in Nate Diaz or something or have Anthony Joshua there with him or something I'm thinking, but who knows. I'll be watching again tomorrow cuz this sh^t is nuts.
              Is Joshua a Floyd guy?
I saw a vid where it looked like they met for the first time just a month ago or so.

What popped in my mind at some point (re-watching), since the Floyd bodyguards thing went off, was... Mike Tyson as Conor's bodyguard, standing there by himself.

Mike aint a Floyd fan, and he's down with MMA and the UFC.

Idk but they seemed like they got on okay. I'm sure Hearn & Joshua wouldn't be opposed to showing up for this on the boxing side doe. Hearn is a smart guy. Joshua seems like he's a quick learner.

Randomly I'm rooting on a Anthony Joshua vs Francis Ngannou fight in 2 years lol. So this might be a good experience for Joshua.

LOL yea that wouldn't be a bad move. If Conor can get any boxer, in particular someone has notable as Mike that'd be a solid move & a good look for him.

Was the New York crowd chanting...

                  "Boxing... Boxing... Boxing..."

                  Or what was that?

So you would argue on average someone would have an advantage in just training just queensbury boxing rules over MMA(Boxing/Kick Boxing/jiujutsu/Wrestling..etc) for street fighting purposes?
