If he was just with Haymon he wouldn't have a problem. Its these promoters that f#ck fighters sh^t up. Haymon's a manager who looks out for his fighter.

A promoter looks out for himself first & foremost & his fighter only when he & the fighter are in agreement. If a fighter & promoter disagree the fighter is f#cked.

Thats why less guys should be signing any sort of long term deal with promoters & no one who's a ticket seller should be signing anything beyond a 1 fight deal with a promoter. Fighters would get f#cked less & we'd see more good fights if thats how boxing worked cuz promoters wouldn't marinate sh^t all the time, they'd make the big fights cuz they only got the fighter for 1 fight.

**** up job he did getting Beterbiev the IBF strap in 2015. Its 2017 now & Beterbiev no longer even has a fight on tap. Stevenson vs Beterbiev is a bigger fight than any fight Stevenson has had since he left HBO.

I concur but he was on the shelf and he has the same promoter as Alvarez.. how does that look if AB gets a shot before Alvarez ,they're both under the same guy and both are at the same status.... at least Alvarez is finally getting a shot though I hope Ward takes a cue from Crawford and decides to unify.

He looked like a dummy to me before. He looks like a piece of sh^t dummy now. A guy who can blast mofos like Beterbiev can is a guy you go an extra mile to build up & hype. Yvon has done a sh^t job with him & now he's hemming up a guy with a limited amount of time left to do something in this sport.

I have respect for Michel, being from Montreal i know he's had many ups and downs but always managed to survive and keep Montreal on the boxing map. But this time he ****ed up real bad, he lost a lot of fighters to Eye of the tiger and Stevenson is 40. On the other hand Beterbiev is from Chechnya and i doubt he'll ever get a big american payday.
