So....why exactly the IBO not at stake? not that it matters since I don't recognize it anyways but curious nonetheless. Great fight for the month of September, Hekkie is top five-ten with the IBF-WBA-WBC current multi-weight titlist and given that the top two next in line ( Randy Petalcorin & Felix Alvarado ) have been making moves for the WBC title ( Felix Alvarado ) and Randy Petalcorin has a fight scheduled around this time makes Butler a great opponent for Melino's first defense.

Milan is moving fast up the rankings if he gets the W -- might have to bump him up ahead of Ken Shiro.
