I don't like these comments from Floyd...make me less likely to plop some $$$ on him.

Age and ring rust are real and Floyd needs a good training camp to be firing come fight night.

      Will see how this develops

It's not a surprise really, after taking 2 years off I knew he would find the training a lot harder than normal because his body isn't used to it anymore. It's really not the boxing, it's also the hours and hours of training, a lot of times i'm sure his training camps have been harder than the fights. That will certainly be the case here. I still think he will have to consider another Canelo fight just because it could be worth another $100-150 million assuming they both win. Just too much money.

Watch Floyd saying it on video. It doesn't seem very honest

Mayweather and McGregor are fooling you people with their publicity stunt.

This is all for pay-per-view. Boxing rules, of ****ing course Mayweather is going to win, what odds does McGregor have? None. Unless he grapples, kicks or pulls out some super flying UFC **** he has a chance.

But in terms of boxing, Mayweather is going to frustrate McGregor like he did with every other opponent.

If you want to be dumb and delusional and bet on McGregor, I guarantee you, you will lose your money.

I wonder how his sparring is going. That would be a good indicator of how mugh of a chance McGregor has in this fight.

He's going to keep playing this up so people think Conor has a chance.

You can never trust what comes out of a boxer's training camp. We've heard Floyd struggled sparring in previous camps at the start, it means little. Mayweather needs to survive 2 rounds and then the fight is over, I suspect he will go to the body in the 1st two rounds and mostly play defense. Conor will be done after that and Mayweather will pick him apart and stop him inside of 8.

The one thing UFC does not have is body work like boxing does. Most big fights are decided by body work early. While MMA fighters do work the body some, it's not the same typoe of sustained attack that is designed to pay off in later rounds. While I'm sure MMA fighters train to take body punches, they don't do it like boxers as they don't need to.
