That's because this age is a product of plastic, ego and hype, the social media craze has turned the world into the land of the fake, its no longer about pure ability in a sport, its about athletes selling emotion good or bad, the essence of the fighter is lost.

Floyd is a master boxer one of the greatest fighters to lace on a pair of gloves and the above cannot see that, what they see is all this personal sht, all this my boy is better than yours, its all just a mob mentality.

Its very hard to be truly great today because so much fan BS gets in the way of seeing greatness, fans take a set with a guys ability because they don't like him personally, when you really think about that it is a fked concept in a sporting competition.

We have not agreed often In the past, but I commend you on a great post. I agree with everything you said. I am not a Floyd fan, but I will not deny his greatness and I am actually shamed for him to sit up there and be booed and talked down to by a UFC fighter who hasn't accomplished a quarter of what he has.

I took time out of driving my tractor and spare myself 20 minutes to watch this press conference to see if any antics were going to happen as the hype behind this press tour is where the excitement is at with this event.

Im someone who has never bought a Floyd PPV outside of the the Pac and De La Hoya fights. And I have to say there was nothing about this press conference thats going to make me want to buy this fight.

The Fight is going to be a farce and everyone is pointing to this press tour and the whole event as being the thing to watch, but *** i thought this press conference was weak as *** and quite ****ty.

There is absolutely no way i will be buying this fight and after watching this press conference it re-enforced my thinking to not buy it.

Absolutely. There's no bull**** to it. Its not 2 ****heads who are not professional public speakers trying to give a ****ty best man speech to themselves and you don't have to listen to *******s like Stephen Espinoza nervously give a long winded speech.

Its basically just the fighters and press/fans asking questions. Its all organic discussion...it generates the best talking. Its why the UFC stopped doing the boxing style pressers years ago. They don't work as well.

The way they run these boxing pressers are terrible. It's possibly the lamest setup and its precisely why the UFC stopped doing it like this over 10 years ago. I don't know why boxing continues to have the format where a couple old old suits open the presser by boring everyone to death with some lame speech then make both fighters gives speeches separate without interaction.

Heres the reality. All fighters suck at giving solo speeches. Basically its like cutting a promo in pro wrestling and it's actually an acquired skill learned over year of public speaking in crowds.

Everything is tradition and they just do it cuz they've always been doing it. That's part of the reason I like Hearn so much. He thinks out of the box way more often than most boxing guys.

Floyd is such a b1tch he even demanded an MMA fighter not be able to use puncher's gloves with horse hair or any glove made in Mexico LOL, then because he was getting owned for his dumb comments on the mic, like "we can fight with 4oz gloves in the octagon if you want!" LOL!, he even turned Mcgregor's mic off.

So Floyd is scared to even let Mcgregor wear 10oz horsehair gloves, but then he goes on the mic saying they can fight with 4oz gloves? As I've always said, Floyd can't win fair fights in the ring, and now apparently he can't win fair trash talk battles at press conferences. He always has to rig it because deep down he knows he's the biggest hype job in the history of boxing.

Anyone who buys this is a fool. As if Mcgregor didn't already have no chance but a small puncher's chance, Floyd has taken that puncher's chance away by demanding he wear pillow gloves instead of puncher's gloves. Unless you're a WWE fan and a Fl0mo, pass on this one, trust me.
