Conor was getting the better of the verbal battle up until they cut his mic off. Afterward, you can see he was clearly frustrated with not being able to throw verbal jabs back.

I actually think this fight will bring fans to boxing, when they witness how an elite boxer can KO the best UFC fighter.. a Boxer is also dangerous in a street fight.

Much of Mayweather's stuff was cringeworthy but it got considerably better as it went. I think if I was still watching wrestling I'd enjoy it all the way through maybe but that was tough to listen to early on. McGregor who I expected to get the better of it actually ******.

He's used to sitting with a mic which also creates back and forth.

It's a totally different type of press conference than he's used to.

Boxing press conferences are terrible. One guy goes up and rambles, the other goes up and rambles, there's no back and forth.

In the UFC all fighters on stage have a mic, and that's where Conor excels.

Conor tried to respond to him several times but everytime he spoke, we couldn't hear him. They turned off his mic after he first responded to Floyd. It was clearly done on purpose.
