As I posted in those threads way back that he was trying to make sure he went 49-0 so he could market the 50th fight as an undefeated fighter going for the "record" because I was one of the few floyd fans that didn't believe it would be his last fight. If you recall I wanted him to fight GGG or Thurman.

This Is pretty telling and not the kind of thing you would expect from a fighter that promotes himself as TBE.

Mayweather is not the same fighter he was 2 years ago. He actually looks out of shape TBH, in respect to HIS level of fitness. If this was a fight against any of the top WWs or Jr MWs this would be a bad idea. There's a few people he could still beat (Pacquiao (after Horn), Garcia, even Khan). Thurman, Spence, Crawford, and Porter (maybe) would give him problems and make him look every bit of 40.

Clearly he is coming back for the easy money but he also is stating that he retiring for good after the fight. I hear what he is saying, he is 40 years old, no chance he hangs around to take on any of the current champions. Getting back into camp must be so tough at his age too, I remember De La Hoya saying that he tried to make a comeback after the Pacquiao beatdown and he lasted one day in the gym and couldn't get out of bed the next day. I don't think Mayweather is lying when he is saying how difficult it is for him.

          He should fight Crawford.
          TBE dawg. TBE.
Floyd is two years older than Pacquiao. And he hasn't fought in a couple of years while Manny has been active.

You idiots need to stop trying to draw a false equivalency.

Even this version of Floyd will be far too much for McGregor.
