      Technically speaking, he's right.

He probably has slowed a bit.

      He's probably not as sharp.

      He's 40.

He'll still not ever struggle with an MMA fighter in the boxing match, though.

As I posted in those threads way back that he was trying to make sure he went 49-0 so he could market the 50th fight as an undefeated fighter going for the "record" because I was one of the few floyd fans that didn't believe it would be his last fight. If you recall I wanted him to fight GGG or Thurman.
going for what record??? i thought floyd retired?

I answered why he fought berto instead of Kieth. If you cant understand it, that is not my fault.

you get so worked up whenever you see a post that doesn't flatter Manny or is critical of him. your posts get more illogical as you get more and more upset.

Calm down, read what I wrote. Go jerk off to a manny poster.

I wanted him to fight Thurman or GGG and posted that dozens of times.
The reality is Floyd can't move up to 160 against a true MW like GGG or even Alverez (now) he's just too small. He knows this, everyone knows this and GGG can't come down. He might could fight Thurman or Spence, but it wouldn't add anything additional to his resume except maybe a loss. He's got nothing else to do or prove at this age; of course Thurman, Spence, et al. need him a hell of a lot more than he needs them.

Can't deny his ability to sell a fight. He even sold the Victor Ortiz fight. Personally, I won't get the McGregor fight, but if he makes money on it, more power to him.

of course he's not the same fighter he was two years ago. he's in his 40's and he's had close to 50 pro fights and training camps. he'll be coming off of a two year layoff.
