There's a difference between simply spending money and buying/investing; no idea what the turnover on a jet is, but Floyd could still sell two jets.

Floyd's car collection is actually pretty special, so there's doubt he would take much of an L on those assets.

And Floyd's residence outside of Las Vegas are good properties that retain their value.

Floyd travels the world and shops; beyond that, most of his other "spending" is in using assets that he already owns anyway
