two undefeated punchers with suspect chins have an opportunity to unify in a 50/50 fight and all i I see is dudes saying why it shouldn't happen.

you dudes really showed the pulse of the fanboy in this thread.

mention Parker and fury for Joshua and fanboys go crazy with joy.

mention wilder and Ortiz for Joshua and fanboys become financial advisers.

wilder vs Joshua is the fight to bring back heavyweights. not Joshua vs parker
We need both fights to happen. That's how a competition works.
All the guys with belts need to fight each other and the other top heavyweights. Not just piss around for years avoiding each other speculating about potential fights.

Will probably be on the level on some of his opponents.

When do I get my dive money?

Well as long as Wilder can feed his kids. If it's an early night, can do some uber rides to make some money, just like most of Wilder's opponents have to.

ask hbo or Showtime do you want wilder vs Joshua or Joshua vs Parker.

it's a 0% chance that they would say Parker vs Joshua.

If Wilder was willing to face Whyte and make himself known to the UK audience so everyone here was clamouring for a Joshua v Wilder fight then Hearn would be talking about Wilder v Joshua rather than Parker v Joshua. Case in point:

"Certainly victories over Hughie Fury and Tony Bellew or Dillian Whyte would put Joseph in a brilliant position to earn a lot, a lot of money in the Anthony Joshua fight and put him in a position where that fight is a necessity rather than a potential fight."

Whyte wants to face Wilder. That fight would put Wilder at the forefront of the UK public's minds and thus would mean Wilder would be at the front of the queue. If Wilder doesn't take it he'll be sat waiting until after Parker, if he does take it there's no doubt he'll be ahead of Parker. Question is, is Wilder too arrogant/ignorant to accept that he is not the draw here and has to put the work in to get the shot he wants?
Not the draw? Are you trying to tell me that Parker - Joshua is a bigger fight than Joshua - Wilder?

I wasn't... but it actually could be to the UK casuals if Parker goes through Fury and one of Whyte or Bellew first.

My comment was in relation to the fact that Joshua is the draw in any fight and thus Wilder is going to have to bend to Hearn's will to get the Joshua fight (within reason of course), else he'll just go to Parker and leave Wilder out in the cold.
