I believe pretty much everyone is using something.

Some get caught, some are lucky and don't. Some with enough money are using stuff that is ahead of the testing.

Some have enough power and influence behind them to bribe people into ignoring any negative test. Everyone has a price and it's a business. All business has mass corruption and boxing is no different. You would have to be naive to think people wouldn't take backhanders to ignore failed tests or tamper with them. I believe all this stuff goes on.

Not just in boxing, in many sports. Let's say Usain Bolt is juicing. I'm not saying he is or isn't but i 100% believe he would never be brought to justice. He is the only real household name and crossover star in modern athletics, he is the main attraction. That sport already has a bad reputation and it would damage the sport incredibly if he was exposed as a drug cheat. There's no way the IAAF would allow that to happen and ruin themselves. They could quite easily make sure that it never happens.

Same with the likes of Joshua, Floyd, Manny a few years ago etc. They had huge corporations and networks behind them, as well as being crossover stars. Boxing and those corporations could not afford guys like this to be exposed as dirty fighters so they will make sure they're not, one way or another.
