This fight is a terrible idea, it's a loose loose situation for GYM.

Stevenson has nothing to gain and Alvarez has everything to loose.

They should have fought different opponents and waited to see what Ward does with the 3 belts.

Oleksandr Gvozdyk is already fighting in August
Erik Skoglund is already fighting in September
Joe Smith Jr. has removed himself from any possible deal with GYM
Sergey Kovalev has removed himself from any possible deal with GYM
Andre Ward wants to move up to CW
Artur Beterbiev is also under contract with GYM (I wouldn't make that fight)
