Verdejo has looked very shaky and disappointing but this is a winnable fight for him because Flanagan is not very good the weakest link belt holder at 135. If Verdejo is committed and brings his A game he's the more talented fighter and should win. If he comes in looking like he has recently he'll get taken out. But whoever wins gets smashed by the other title holders. lol

Looking forward to seeing how these prospects grow.
Check out Joseph "Blessed Hands" Adorno, 18 year old kid. He's got some pop. He just started his career, I'll be keeping an eye on him. He has 4 fights, all 4 ending in 1st round KO. He has a really good amateur record. Hopefully one of these dudes will take the torch and carry on the tradition.

Yeah, I'm tired too of prospects and young fighters failing. Someone will come through though, we are due for someone to emerge.

It is time for his mommy to dress him up, feed him, and send him out to the world of Easter, Linares, and Garcia. And may The Lord have mercy on his soul
