In his defense and I don't know him but I don't here no-one saying they'd fight deontay. Just saying

Why would they? If you were a boxer and someone asked you whether you'd want to fight for 2 belts and take home close to 10,000,000 or fight for 1 belt and take home less than half that amount what fight would you be chasing?

It's not even remotely a close choice, and thus everybody is going to be wanting Joshua and mentioning him whilst Wilder is just there waiting in the wings.

Parker wants the same fight Wilder does, Joshua, what's pathetic about building a momentum by defeating British opposition to build that fight, Wilder already turned down a D class British opponent to build his own potential class, dude tucked his tail and said no thanks. He was actually asked about Joshua. He was careful to say that he was only focussing on Hughie at the moment but should that defence be successful he would back himself against Joshua. I can't blame any HW for wanting to target that Joshua money right now. Not Parker, not Wilder, not Tyson, not anyone. Joshua is THE name at HW right now and if you beat him not only do you get a career high payday you'll most likely be viewed as 'the man' at HW.
