I'd like to see lil B Hop get some shine on the undercard. I watched the Netflix documentary about him, Peter Quillin and Cam F. Awesome. Lil B Hop has star potential and this card could really help him gain some exposure.

30,000 tickets sold to a presser? Am I the only one that thinks that's a lot. I've been to Floyd's pressers in Times Square for Canelo and Chino II. There was nothing close to half that for either.

Lil BHop lacks discipline and focus. Carlos Payano damn near stopped him in sparring. He need 2 get it together because he seems 2 have skills

Everything I've seen from Davis tells me that he is one of those that shows the early promise to make the PFP top 10 with some more fights. What I like best is his assortment of punches and how they flow. That caught my eye early. It is hard for an opponent to defend when the punches come from every type of punch that can be thrown and in a mixed sequence, topped off with angles.

Floyd sucking up to this kid now, so he can borrow money from him once he goes broke, which will be 6 months (max) from now.

I have only seen two of his outings and the kid looked good both times, he's got pop on his hooks too.

Neither of those are anywhere near the draw that McGregor is though, which explains the tickets. Especially when you consider that most McGregor press conferences contain a lot of fireworks.

Hell, likelihood is the press conferences will be better than the actual fight..

Question, do you think this is evidence of the UFC's awesome promotional resources at work here? Based on past UFC pressers, I'd imagine they have very good promotional/distribution channels at their disposal.
