First off Scoop has it wrong. The IBF ordered an elimination bout between Ray Austin (and not Sam Peter) vs Sultan Ibragimov. Ray Austin turned it down. Sam Peter had nothing to do with this fight. Sam Peter was nowhere in the IBF's plans for an elimination bout. Scoop and most others should really do their homework before spouting out nonsense from their yappers.

Ibragimov did challange Sam Peter, and Peter turned him down.

That is correct, Peter was not in the IBF picture. Austin turned down the fight and Sultan started calling out Peter. Peter turned down the fight for "financial" reasons. They could not agree on money. I think Sultan wanted a bigger slice, which is absurd.

Yes Sultan did call Peter out but that is not what Scoop says in his article. He says that the IBF ordered a fight between Sultan and Peter and that is false. The IBF did not include Peter in any of it's elimination plans.
