As far as I'm concerned anyone refusing testing may as well be a cheat, Tyson Fury, Manny PAC all of them taint them with the same brush, hell remove them from all the organisations and let the cheats face each other whilst we're watching the prestigious WBSS guys like Povetkin, Browne and Fury could all be facing each other in a World Dopers Series.
