I'm with you (and Teddy Atlas) on this one! Manny is not what he used to be, but he won that fight at least 7-5! I don't know what these people were watching!

Of course Manny is getting old. How do you stop that? Horn barely survived, I commend his courage. He kept sticking his head in a meat grinder, with all the malice he could muster. It caused all the damage from his side, Manny smiled at his punches.

        Frank Warren is being disingenuous.

He says he talked with the WBO president and they have no issues with the outcome.

But he forgets to mention that the WBO is deeply in bed with Bob Arum (all Top Rank champions hold WBO belts) AND that they seem to be susceptible to bribery from Frank Warren too.

Let's not forget that Austin Trout was mysteriously dropped from the WBO top 10 so that Warren's boxer Liam Smith could fight for a vacant title.

Austin Trout Sues WBO Over Smith-Thompson Title Fight
Junior middleweight contender Austin Trout has sued the World Boxing Organization (WBO), filing his case earlier this week in his local Dona Ana County Court in New Mexico, according to Courthouse News Service. The lawsuit comes over the fight for a world title stripped from Demetrius Andrade earlier this year. The vacant belt wound up around the waist of Liam Smith, who stopped John Thompson in October.

It was a vey close fight, with a point or two in it. It's just that one judge that was dreadful with the 6 points for Horn score, but a very good fight, and Pacquaio clearly at the end of his career.

Hasn't aged well?? With that kind of style and with the wars he had in the lower weights Im surprised he even reached 38 at this level!
Even Oscar was getting demolished at 35.

Hey Warren, how many fighters won a title by throwing 8 punches per round without hurting the champ and then almost getting stopped in the 9th round? Please tell me.

You're a fool if you actually think punchstat is all b.s. Especially with THAT much of a variance of punches thrown Pac vs Horn. And BTW, many of us watch fights with the sound turned off, so IOW, we see what WE see, not what someone TELLS us to see. And most of us saw Manny win.... because HE WON.

Yep. Warren is just an idiot who thinks his word is solid gold. He's a small time promoter type in England, nothing more.
