If You really seeking answers on where did PAC's killer instinct go or why he hasn't had a KO since 2009 I think it's clear and obvious. Have we all forgot what happened in 2009/2010?? PAC was asked to "take the test" though he didn't take the test he was weened off PEDS and average pedestrian level performances soon followed! Ultimately I'd say it was smart to stop using PEDS cause had he got caught by VADA or USADA there'd had been hell to pay!
