I also understand the idea of not rushing a fighter, but i mean come on 25-0, and still 6 rounds, thats BS. If he was a decent, not a great fighter, he should have been challenging for a belt at this point if not defending one.

Camacho Jr was a bust. His first step in class was against Jesse James Leija. After taking a headbutt he quit and said it hurt too much or was affecting him , something ****** like that. HE prett much dissapeared after that. Yah , i'd like to see JC Chavez jr move up in class , if he wants to at least live up to the name.

at this pace, this kid will have brain damage at a fluffed 58-0 when he is finally ready to challenge for a title.
thats ****ed up thing to say....but i have always said he takes too many free shots. just like morales he allows fighters to hit him freely

sr. used to dodge punchs, and he is not given credit for his defensive skills

you're forgeting jr. promoter jumped in the ring and told jr. he couldn't continue so jr. had to say he couldn't continue, jr. was actually a good prospect but i think got fame and money too quickly that he got lazy

i wasnt meaning to be an ahole or makin fun bro, just tellin it like it is. I mean God forbid anything happens to the kid, but he is moving wayyyy to slow to ever be considered anything close to what Sr was.

he was a good prospect, but had to take a different path in his career to fill the debts and cover for his families losses. Its real sad, i feel for him.

brain damage can happen to any boxer in any bout, you know this

they are moving him slow and for that they should not put him on tv at least not yet

C'mon man ? everyone that watched that fight knew that Camacho jr quit. He had never seen the sight of his own blood and panicked. IF had wanted to continue he would have , even the doc said it was ok.
The kid was too ****y just like his dad. JC chavez is another story though...it think he's got more potential but yah he's not going anywhere fighting cans.

i have the fight, well at least i think i still have the fight recorded on one of my video cassettes.

i can remember one time in one of jr. earlir fights, jr. got dropped badly and got up like a 10 point O earthquake and jr. still fought on and if i remember corectly he got the ko or at least the decicion. his lack of training was evident against omar weis a fight he should have easily won but he was way out of shape

Tszyu was too much for him and the Gatti fight was one sided too. Who knows what goosen said all I remember was I thought he could have kept fighting. I think that kO jr took was from his first fight , he did like this wobble dance I think after getting knocked down.
