It probably won't be Pacquiao but he will get starched. Horn will be falling into a KO punch soon. Horn's offense is basically falling in and swinging. It doesn't matter to him if he hits you his fists, head, shoulders, forearms, or biceps. For the life of me Pacquiao couldn't neutralize him until the 9th. It won't take Spence, Thurman, Porter, or any WW worth a damn, that long.
