Interesting how the WBO basically responded "if you're not happy, settle it in a rematch..."
Pacquiao has valid grounds upon which to base the investigation but those things are useless. What does need to happen in the ring for such a decision to actually be reviewed and overturned?

"The discretion of a referee or judge cannot be reversed, except in a case of fraud or violation of laws which is not the case in Pacquiao vs Horn"

People just can't accept that boxing is subjective. Even with the judging criteria it's still completely open to interpretation. Whenever a fight is close there's going to be 'controversy', because everyone is so damn sure that their opinion on a fight is THE one and only opinion to have.
Even with the 117-111 card, I don't agree with it, but there were a lot of close rounds. If you score every single one of those close rounds to Horn you could get a score like that.

If pacquiao has a problem with the decision then maybe he should of considered using defense that didn't consist of running to the ropes with an ineffective high guard. Maybe he should of tried throwing jabs, body punches, and less crying to the ref and ring side doctor. Oh and next time how about you actually train for the fight rather than rely on blind fan support to argue robbery!
