Horn is one of the dirtiest boxers I have ever seen. The ref hardly ever even warned him for his mauling, holding and hitting and head butting tactics.Comment

I give credit to anyone who steps in the ring no matter what. However, I didn't see much from Horn that you don't see from boxers on Friday night fights. Horn was using dirty tactics throughout the fight and kept doing so because the ref didn't do anything about it. Aside from that Horn was getting outclassed, not necessarily Pac's greatest body of work but still winning comfortably.
From an honest perspective, I guess the moral victory would be that Horn made it out of the 9th round and lasted until the bell rang in the 12th. Good job by Horn for hanging tough and showing the will to keep going but by no means in any way, shape, or form did he defeat Pac.Comment
