They also had a scandal there when they had that typhoon foreigners donated over a billion dollars to help the poor, instead the politicians lined their pockets with the money, I read one woman stole 100 million USD of the donations.
its why I dont donate to third world countries like Filipinos or Africa their politicians just take it and the poor still live in huts and shacks.Comment

Ummm did you read the article? The real estate properties are 40% residential and the rest are commercial, and use for business like real estate selling, hotels, resorts.....
It says also Pacquiao has invested in agriculture, oil. etc. etc. He's not going broke anytime soon.Comment
