Still think he'd be competitive with anyone but certainly no longer at the elite level. The Manny that beat Bradley and Vargas would have wiped the floor with Horn however the lethargic and rusty Manny we saw would have lost to bradley and Vargas and I strongly stand by that. I'd like to see Horn in with my guy who's also the new #1 contenter...la maquina lucas matthysse. Hopefully third time lucky for him
