Current Day Manny had no footwork to be compared with The Hornet.

The Manny that faced Bradley the third time - I don't know what happened to that guy.

I think even this poor version of Pacquiao still has better footwork than Horn. Horn's footwork didn't win him the fight. Horn's mauling, wrestling, head butting, head locks, elbowing, illegal holding and hitting and a referee who let him fight like an MMA fighter won him the fight. Three bribed judges gave him his undeserved win. Horn's footwork is nothing special in my opinion. Pacquiao is tiny for a welterweight so Horn could maul him if the ref allows it. Horn couldn't maul bigger stronger welterweights like Bradley, Spence, Porter, or Thurman and they would beat him even in Brisbane.
