Even at 40 Mayweather would win with ease. Pacquiao is more of a lightweight than a welterweight and the ref let Horn get away with illegal roughhouse tactics. Headlocks, holding and hitting, ever dirty trick in the book and the ref didn't even warn Horn. Mayweather is a powerful full sized welterweight who can fight dirty if need be. Horn couldn't make that dirty stuff work on Mayweather. Pacquiao landed twice as many punches and damn near KOed Horn in round 9. How anybody thinks Horn won is a mystery to me. If Horn could only land 90 punches on Pacquiao in 12 rounds he would be lucky to land half that many on Mayweather. Meanwhile Mayweather would box Horn's ears off. No contest.

Come on now... Unless floyd is shot there's no way Horn wins this.. Floyd will back up the whole fight and pot shot him to an easy UD.

Unless he got old overtime which is possible to. Horn lost to Manny and would lose to Floyd too. Juat happened that Manny is shot so it was a little bit more interesting than it wouls have been couple of years ago

Well considering the fact that Horn beat Pacquiao up worse than Floyd did, I'd pikc Horn easily.
