Horn struggled to make 147 just like Kell Brook. I think that would be a good fight at say 150 catchweight. Or maybe Danny Garcia. I think Horn against guys with similar speed as he has would be good fights, but Horn fighting guys with speed and power like Thurman and Spence, but who are also his size unlike Pacquiao, doesn't sound as appealing to me. Jessie Vargas would also be a good fight for Horn because again Vargas doesn't have elite speed. Let's see if Horn can even beat a guy his size without elite speed before he goes in the ring with someone who does have elite speed and is his size.

Not that either Thurman or Spence have elite speed but you know what I mean. They both have more speed and more power than Horn, and just as much size, so where is Horn's advantage? It looked like he might have underrated fight IQ and footwork and defense, and some nice moves and counters and timing and all that, but those intangibles or however you want to put them can only take you so far if you're outgunned in every physical department.

So let's see Horn in with a welterweight with more power than him, but not too much more speed, before we see him in with welterweights who have more power than him and a lot more speed.

His best chance, money-wise, would be to try to entice Floyd to come out though he would lose... he would probably not have to suffer a brutal knockout like he would may have to vs Spence... keep talking and Floyd may hear you...

Actually you know what the best fight to make is for Horn at 147?

Horn-Khan baby. Horn's problem is I don't think he has the power to hurt the other top welters, and he probably doesn't have the speed to outpoint them either. Well, with Khan's chin, he does have the power to hurt Khan. So that fight would probably be a war.

The other great Horn matchup in my opinion is...

Horn-Matthysse. And that would be Matthysse's first world title if he could win it. Along the same lines...

Horn-Provodnikov! or for more of a tuneup for Horn since I think this guy is past it, but it would be a very very fun fight, Horn-Rios!

Juan Manuel Marquez also wants to come back, that could a fun fight as well though whether it would be as epic as some of those other matchups or not would depend on how much Marquez has slowed down.

majority of fighters have trouble making their respective weight limits! This is nothing new! Even after losing kell brook said he could make 147 for amir!

Is Spence going to wait for another 9 long months before we see him again in the ring? What happened to Garcia?

                  Spence totally thrashes this guy!

I doubt he would be ready for a September fight, the way that he took a beating from Pacquiao.. Even if he was ready by then, this would be one of the easier fights for Spence.. Horn was just requesting Spence and Loma to help him train for the Pac fight.. If he ever meets Spence, Horn eats the mat in 4 round or less..

He might do something against Thurman. He's looked vulnerable too some awkwardness recently. The story ends at Spence.

I doubt he'll be back soon. There are lots of Haymon fighters that are just sitting on the shelf right now. We should expect Spence fighting Garcia or Porter. I'll be lmao if young Spence in his prime is fighting semi-retired Collazo.

Spence vs Peterson would be acceptable.
