When he finally did agree to drug testing he was exposed as being...above average with good punching power.

I don't see the legend part at all and I'm not trying to be a dick
    100% correct!!

Right. So what about the PED's? That don't matter? Weight draining bigger fighters who are coming off consecutive losses or bad performances at catch weights or rehydration clauses. I mean he did defeat good name opponents, but they were over the hill.

DLH? Shot (sc****d by STEVIE FORBES) and dead at the weight. Hatton? Lost to Floyd and looked terrible in every fight afterward. Mosley? Can't tell if anyone rates that win at all. Margarito? Well there was a rehydration clause...and it was AFTER Mosley demolished him. Cotto? It was at a catchweight and AFTER Margarito took his soul AND Clottey arguably beat him.

I mean you can't say Pacman won any of those fights without an asterisk. It's crazy. Yet he's a legend?

And he did all this while ducking the biggest fight possible due to additional drug testing. Hmmm....common sense says what? What?

Obviously because Floyd is retired but willing to fight in events like the McGregor fight for ridiculous money. Technically i consider him retired.

Horn needs to stop talking about a retired fighter and show ambition to fight the relevant fighters in the division now he's a belt holder.

Maybe Horn vs Mayweather could happen....

If they fight in Australia at 50K crowd capacity with average ticket price $1000 that would get $50 mil. Then say $65 PPV with at least 1 mil PPV gets you another $65 mil and $5 mil for international rights. Showtime would get 7 % roughly of PPV for airing so we'll just say $5 mil plus selling international rights. Mayweather could get his $100 mil potentially however Horn and promoter would have to take a flat fee for the fight. Even if Mayweather wouldn't get $100 mil would he turn down a guarantee of $85-90 mil with something on the back end?

Because FM don't fight outside Las Vegas, Nevada, USA and besides you got way too many pro fights under your belt. These days Floyd be introducing people to pro boxing. lol

The fight would never happen but It would be Interesting to see how Floyd would handle a dirty, aggressive, huge welterweight like Horn at this point In his career.

At 40 and with the way Horn fights, It could be a pretty rough night for Floyd.

No way Mayweather is interested in fighting a guy most people thought lost to Pac.

While we're screaming robbery and yes Pacquiao should've won but that shouldn't distract from the fact that Horn gave Pacquaio all he could handle and MORE! Horn is 100x better than I thought he was originally!

You have to put him in the mix with Thurman and Spence Jr in that next generation of Welterweights ABSOLUTELY!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but... Pac was a force of nature when he first showed up in the US. Unmatched speed, combination punching, one punch ko power and the most fan friendly style of any boxer out there. Easily the most exciting fighter of his era.
Notice, I didn't say best of his era. Manny's style was too reckless for his own good but his fights with ATG's like Moraies, Barrera and Marquez were classics, check them out if you want to know why people say he's a legend.

Can't blame Horn at all. Might as well parlay that victory into some paydays. He's got so many options now.
