He's shot in relation to his 2009 2012 peak. Even at 50% of what he was he's still competitive. This version of Pac made Horn miss over and over to the point where he landed only 8 punches per round and never had him in trouble ever. This is not shot, this is like comparing Jordan at 37 to Jordan at 27. Same thing.
Pac landed so many straight lefts it was ridiculous. He beat the snot out of him while he was being bullied headbutted and fouled as bad as Maidana vs Mayweather. When we don't see a Hatton or Oscar destruction we think "he's shot". Ali would have KO'd Norton if he was the version of himself that beat Cleveland Williams or Zora Folley. Wasn't that guy anymore. Prime is fleeting. Manny should retire, he's done it all. He did well against a bigger guy that only charged fouled and missed. He outlanded him by more than double and he almost stopped him. That's a good night. Too bad the headbutts were so ridiculous he was bleeding like a siv on 2 parts of his scalp. Too bad he was headlocked and thrown down but still he beat the hell out of the punk.
