I thought Pacquiao won with a scorecard of 116-113. There were a few pretty close rounds & one round I scored even since I couldn't decide who to give it to, but there's absolutely no way Horn won 7 rounds in this fight. Also, adding in the fact if you have Round 9 as a 10-8 round for Pacquiao it just makes this decision even worse. Horn only won 5 rounds at most.
Except that Floyd won easily and Pac beat Horn easily.
Other than that, good post.
Nah. You're crazy. It was a close fight. Watch the UK Boxnation broadcast if you can, much less biased. How could anyone have Pac winning the bulk of the first 6 rounds. He did virtually nothing!
I can understand your frustration being a big Pac fan but you have to get past your bias and accept the inevitable. Pacquiao is finally just too damn old and shop worn. He set records for titles in multiple weight classes and was the most exciting boxer of his generation. He's just way too past his prime now to compete at or near the top level, plus he's a part time boxer, full time senator. It's time for Manny to hang 'em up before he embarrasses himself more. At least he can say he went out boxing a boxer which is more than you can say for Floyd.
No but he god damn won more than 3 rounds like that blind judge scored it. *** 10-8 would of been fine for Pac in the 9th. The damn ref. said he was gonna stop the fight if he took another BEATING like that. And SHOW him something.
Yeah and Manny couldn't finish the job. 5 years ago he would have but he let Horn off the hook and didn't have the strength or speed to land the finishing blows. Horn came back and won the 10th so I don't know what you're talking about.
I thought the ref didn't do his job in adequately warning Horn about all the fouls. He definitely could've and probably should've had points taken away but after all that he wanted to stop the fight when Manny had him in trouble in the 9th. I don't understand that referee but it is what it is. The old Manny would've taken matters into his own hands and sparked Horn out.

Maybe...But a past prime Manny just beat a young Horn and got robbed in doing so. The world saw it and not many think he lost.
