I agree completely with DiBella “There’s no way on God’s earth that a rational person who knew anything about boxing could have scored the fight for Horn,” DiBella told Sports Illustrated. “He showed great heart but landed fewer than eight punches a round.”

There is no argument for a Horn win. ZERO. Pacquaio looked troubling before the fight even started but even with that mediocre performance it was a CLEAR as day win he got jacked on.
