I don't think Manny is washed. He just thought Horn would be an easy cherry pick and it backfired. Really tho give Horny credit instead of blaming this all on Pac's decline. He fought like a vet, roughhousing and making the fight dirty on the inside. He didn't look like a former school teacher with 17 fights.
