If Manny retires, Bob will make Horn vs. Crawford, and then Crawford will become a WW champion, which will help Crawford (Top Rank) in negotiations in a WW unification fight in 2018! I think Arum will convince Horn that it's in his best interests to give Pacquiao a rematch (and one final fight) in Manila! ESPN would welcome that with open arms!
