Pass the torch to his new cashcows?
His mistake was not putting his more established fighter Crawford against the Philippino superstar. He thought Crawford wasn't ready.
Crawford's stardom would have shoot up astronomically.
But then again he obtained 2 future cashcows, albeit in a fairly decent fashion.

Yeah you got a point. But I have no interest in Manny VS Cotto.
But I wouldn't mind seeing Manny fight Mythesse, broner, Garcia or Thurman.
But broner only if he wins vs mikey.
And I do favor Thurman over Manny but I think it'll be an interesting and competitive fight.

arum is wayy more organized than don king! but as we all know all the media companies are run by ***s so he keeps getting passes! espn is giving arum and top rank such a great boxing deal while they bash haymon and pbc all the time! haymon even paid them 20$ million and they still cancelled some of his shows! ***s stick together like glue! its been like this since the beginning of time... last night felt like the bradley fight! another scam in order to do a rematch or a trilogy! now he has a australian star and he can keep letting horn fights tomato cans in australia in big venues if the manny rematch doesnt happen! so arum will cash in either way

Thurman really isn't an aggressive fighter like Horn tho. I still think Thurman would win but it would be a little competitive.
But there's no point seeing Manny and Mayweather again. No point.
Mayweather would beat that ass again.

I seriously want a muckraking boxing writer to do an depth investigative report on this.

Manny's last fight on the Top Rank contract...he's running out of big money opponents that aren't with Al Haymon...Bob takes him overseas away from knowledgeable, prying eyes...and then robs him controversially to set up a rematch and magically create a new rival for him.

If it all turns out to be on the up and up then so be it. But there sure are a lot of red flags here that warrant further investigation in my opinion.
