Here's how not to throw a fight away

Do something in the first 6 rounds. Manny gave them away. I think it was like round 5 where he had a good last 15 seconds. Prolly still didn't win it though. Manny was looking bamboozled in the first half of the fight with Horn being much larger, stronger and awkward as hell.

Manny towelled up Horn in the last half of the fight but lost the 12th.

I'm not sure what he US coverage was like but it was hard giving Manny any early rounds.

The truth of the matter was it was probably a draw. Horn is lucky the 9th wasn't a 10-8. With the guys I was watching it with the consensus was it was real close and could have gone either was by 1 round tops with Manny probably doing enough.

Also, the big game changer was a huge headclash as Manny was coming up from waist high in the 8th. He landed a few to the body then Horn copped a huge headbut to the cheekbone. That thing went deep blue like it is broken and he seemed out of sorts for 2 - 3 rounds.

I gave Horn the last 3 rounds and thought Manny took them off after his good 9th.

I don't feel like Manny gave them away. They were close rounds, but he landed the clean punches.

I just got back from watching and checked the boxing scene scorecard. WTF. Boys were tampering their own drinks.
