Usually in controversial fights like this, you'll see a pattern among the judges. In Pacquiao's first fight with Tim Bradley, while it was considered controversial, all the judges were able to agree that Bradley finished the fight stronger.
In fact, two of the scorecards had Bradley winning 5 of the last 6 rounds. Whether or not you agree with that, that's how the judges saw the fight.
This fight on the other hand was all over the place.
The narrative being thrown out is that Pacquiao started slow, and then finished strong, but you can't tell from the scorecards. That tells me the judges were inexperienced. I've actually never even heard of them before.
Still, one thing that can't be denied. Is that Pacquiao is not longer elite. Get the rematch and call it a career.
