Agree. Horn is not a good fighter, but he was relentless and tough. Manny is finished and he should not fight any good fighter. Rematch Horn and call it a career.

Depends how you look at it.

Horn was ranked 12 at WW by boxrec and has a pretty decent record.

But it was a Cherry Pick when you consider that Pacquiao could've fought better opposition but elected to go with the easier choice.

The reason why the cherry pick went wrong was because of the robbery. Had the judges scored the fight properly, we'd be talking about a fight with Crawford, Spence or maybe even Mayweather right now.

Just because ESPN told you it was a robbery doesn't make it so. They had good reason for Pacquiao bias having just made a deal with Top Rank.
